Baked Scottish Eggs

This is a very easy recipe and doesn’t take long to prepare. Enjoy!

Baked Scottish Eggs

Yummy and fun to take on a trip! Only 2 ingredients!
Course: Breakfast, Snack
Servings: 4 servings


  • 4 boiled Eggs
  • 1 lb Hot Sausage


  • Boil your eggs.
  • After eggs are boiled and cooled, separate your sausage into 4 portions and then wrap each egg with one portion.
  • Make sure each egg is wrapped well with no egg showing.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins or until sausage is done.
