So yummy and easy. Prepare the night before and pop it in the oven after a busy day of life.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 12.5 oz Chicken Breast Meat
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 7 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Bouillon
  • 6 chopped or sliced Jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 5 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Real Bacon Bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Lay shredded cooked chicken in a dish and season with paprika, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken stock.
  • Spread the mixture over the shredded chicken.
  • Cut the tops off the Jalapeño peppers and remove the seeds and stems. For a more spicy flavor leave some of the seeds.
  • Chop or slice peppers into strips and lay on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 mins or until it is bubbling.
  • Add bacon bits on top and return to oven for 5 more mins.
