This recipe is very quick and easy!

You can use these for breakfast, lunch, snacks or supper!

  • Non-Stick Frying Pan
  • Bowl


  • 8 Large Egg Whites I use liquid egg whites in a carton and then it would be 1 1/3 cups or the equivalent to 8 lg egg whites.
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Flour Some use Coconut Flour
  • 10 tablesponn Water This is to make them thin but you can reduce that amount for thicker wraps.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Some use Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional


  • Add all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add optional seasonings.
  • Heat skillet on low heat. Wait until the pan is hot and spray with cooking spray.
  • Use a 1/4 measuring cup to pour the mixture in pan.
  • You can spread the mixture with the bottom of a spoon to make it the size you want.
  • Cook the mixture for a couple of minutes or until it starts to rise. You can also check and see if the bottom has started to brown. Flip it and then cook for about 1 min more.
  • Repeat the process until all the mixture is cooked.


I made a breakfast with one of my wraps.  The possiblities are endless!
